Welcome to AppLion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use any AppLion app or service, including VibeTown ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is provided by AppLion AI Technology, based in Istanbul, Turkey. You can reach us at [email protected].
VibeTown is an AI chat experience where you pick a "personality card" before each conversation and chat with AI characters in that style. It's meant to be a safe space to explore how different vibes feel. The characters are AI — they are not real people, and their messages are generated in the moment.
If the Service requires an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
We built VibeTown as a space for curiosity and self‑discovery. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
AI responses are generated by machine learning models. They can be inaccurate, surprising, or contradictory — sometimes all at once. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety‑critical decisions. The characters you chat with are fictional, even when they sound convincing.
You keep ownership of the messages you send. By using the Service, you grant AppLion a limited license to process those messages to generate AI replies, operate the Service, and improve it (in aggregated or de‑identified form where feasible). You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you send us.
The Service itself — the software, designs, logos, characters, and personality card system — belongs to AppLion and is protected by intellectual property laws. You get a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. That's it, nothing more.
Parts of the Service may be free, and other parts may require payment or a subscription. If you subscribe, billing is handled by the App Store, Google Play, or another payment processor under their terms. Cancellations and refunds follow the policies of that store unless we state otherwise.
The Service relies on third parties (cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, app stores). Their terms apply to their parts of the experience, and we are not responsible for their actions.
You can stop using the Service any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. AI outputs may be wrong or offensive — use your judgment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppLion and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll give you notice in‑app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Istanbul, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
