This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases you make in any Applion app or service, including VibeTown and NoShame ("the Service"). It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Who We Are

2. What You're Buying
Purchases in the Service are usually digital goods — subscriptions, credits, tokens, or in‑app features — that give you access to AI chat experiences. These are delivered and consumed digitally, often immediately.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
4. When Refunds Are Available
Because our products deliver digital content immediately, purchases are generally non‑refundable once used. That said, we'll consider a refund if:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged in error.
- A technical problem on our side stopped you from accessing what you paid for, and we couldn't fix it in a reasonable time.
- You were billed after cancelling and did not use the Service during the new period.
- A refund is required under the consumer‑protection laws that apply to you.
5. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Credits, tokens, or other virtual items that have already been used or consumed.
- Change of mind after you've accessed or used the purchased content.
- Dissatisfaction with AI‑generated responses — by their nature, AI outputs are unpredictable, and this is described in our Terms.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
6. Purchases Through App Stores
If you bought a subscription or item through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, that store handles billing — and their refund rules apply. You'll usually need to request those refunds directly from the store, not from us. We're happy to help where we can.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Include the date of purchase, the amount, and a short description of what happened. The more detail you give, the faster we can help.
8. Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take several additional business days for the money to appear.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer‑protection laws in your country. Where those laws grant you more than this policy does, they apply.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll give you notice in‑app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
